REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

At SnuggleToys LLC, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with your purchase. If you have any questions or are not satisfied with your order, please refer to the Refund and Return Policy below.

1. Return Eligibility
   Return Period: You may return your product within 7 days of receiving it.
   Return Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unopened, and with the original tags and packaging.
2. How to Return a Product
   Please follow the steps below to request a return:

Get a Return Authorization: Our Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and further return instructions.
Prepare for Return: Repackage the product along with the Return Authorization number and ensure that the packaging is secure and intact.

3. Return Address

4. Return Shipping
   For returns due to product quality issues or incorrect orders, we will cover the return shipping costs.
   For returns caused by customer reasons (such as incorrect purchases), you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
5. Refund Processing
   Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process the refund within 7-10 business days.
   The refund will be returned to the original payment method. If you encounter any problems during the refund process, please contact us in time.
6. Exchange Policy
   We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you need to exchange the product, you can return the product through the normal return process and place a new order for the new product after receiving the refund.
7. Abnormal Circumstances
   We may not be able to accept returns in the following cases:
   The product has been used or damaged.
   The return is requested outside the return period.
   The product is not returned in the original packaging.
